Changes to our Telephone System

We have made changes to our telephone system that enables us to answer calls more efficiently.

Please listen carefully when you call us as the options have changed.

Options:

1. Automated services 24 hours a day i.e. appointment booking, ordering prescriptions etc.

2. Appointments and General Enquiries i.e. test results between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm. Also, all prescription requests between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm only.

3. Secretaries, for referrals only, between 9:00 am and 12:00 and 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm
