How to Cancel an Appointment

If you have an appointment with one of our doctors or nurses that you no longer need or are unable to make, please contact us to cancel it.

Appointments are in demand and are often difficult to get and could be offered to another patient.

Call us on tel: 01482 701834, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm and select option 2

or,

use our new automated system which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Call us on tel: 01482 701834 and select option 1.

Note, you will need to contact us in the first instance, to get a 6-digit PIN number to use the automated system.

The automated system can also be used to make appointments and request repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day.
